Circus workshops for schools

Come visit the Ottawa Circus School where a team of dynamic and engaging instructors will meet your group and introduce them to the wonderful world of circus arts or have one of our instructors come to your school for a simplified version of the program.

We will guide students to discover circus arts with hand-on workshops where they will be introduced to a variety of circus arts. At the Ottawa Circus School at 800 Industrial Ave in Ottawa, students will have the opportunity to learn some basics in a variety of circus arts such as silks (aerial fabric), trapeze, juggling props (balls scarves, pins, flower-sticks, spinning plates, poi and more), as well as balancing (tightrope, rola bola and walking ball) ad acrobatics (human pyramids and acro basics) and more, guided by our professional artists.

Ideal age: from 8 years old (3rd grade). Possibility of adapted workshops for ages 6 and up.

Capacity: up to 30 participants.

Rates:
Workshops of 1.5 hours:

• 3 to 7 participants: $250
• 8 to 14 participants: $400
• 15 to 21 participants: $600
• 22 to 28 participants: $700

3-hour workshops:

• 3 to 7 participants: $450
• 8 to 14 participants: $750
• 15 to 21 participants: $1150
• 22 to 28 participants: $1350

No fees for teachers. Taxes apply.

Workshops at your school:
Rate per participant per hour: from $175 to $600, depending on duration and number of children.
