For adults, we offer weekly classes in Silks (fabric), Static Trapeze, Lyra (aerial hoop), Hula Hoop dance, and Aerial Straps.
The classes are ongoing and you can join anytime for the rest of the 3-month session at a pro-rated cost or by reserving a drop-in spot in advance. If you are new to aerials we recommend the Intro-to-Aerials 4-week session as a first experience. All the classes are structured to allow each participant to progress at their own pace. Whether for an introduction or for pushing the technique in a particular discipline, our highly experienced and skilled coaches are here to share their passion and expertise!
Hula hoop Dance classes are back as of January 2024!
Each week we play with different sequences of moves to create little routines of hoop dance integrating a variety of tricks with the hoop on and off the body. This class will offer beginner and intermediate variations for each technique. Hoops are available for class use at no cost and available for sale.

Dress code: Athletic wear fitted and stretchy is best.
Dress code for aerials: Absolutely no: zippers, buttons, eyelets, plastic or metal of any kind on clothing and jewelry, as any of these could snag the aerial fabric. These could tear the fabrics as well as be uncomfortable for the trapeze. Leggings at least past the knee or track pants are great. A top that is either fitted or can be tucked into the pants is ideal for going upside down, most students prefer at least a short or long sleeve to a tank top, especially for certain moves to protect the skin. Long hair must be tied back. We will work mainly in socks and barefoot.
Bring: A water bottle.
