This class is designed as a supplement to your circus/aerial/acrobatics practice or as a standalone fitness class focusing on strength, mobility, and injury prevention. There will be varied workouts using different props or simple bodyweight exercises. Classes will have elements of aerial-specific strength training, injury prevention exercises, mobility work, and handstand prep. Strength and mobility training doesn’t have to feel like a chore, with a great group atmosphere and some fun exercises, it can be a good time as well 🙂
This weekly class is ongoing join or leave anytime with monthly payments to reserve your spot in the class. Drop-ins are possible if there is still space.
All levels are welcome.
