Can I sign up for only a 3 month session?

There is a change to the class structure as of September 2018. Programs are now run as full school year programs. Commitment is still for only 3 months minimum. You may opt to change classes or cancel after 3 months or continue throughout the school year. The new monthly installment option for the full school year provides the best value. By offering a full school year program we focus more on technique in the fall, presentation and technique in the winter and creation of a show in the spring. Our June student showcase is available to our student who are interested in experiencing the creation and performance of a show. For those that prefer not to perform we will still be helping you create a routine in the spring linking all the moves you’ve learned just for fun .

How much do adult classes cost?

All of our adult 1 hour classes cost the same (except the low ratio class). This table describes our 4 price options for adult weekly ongoing classes. When in doubt we recommend you try your first class out as a drop-in and then if you feel that class is the right fit you reserve your spot in the session with monthly installments for at least 3 months for better price value and guaranteed spot in the class. Also many or our student go straight into signing up for session since that guarantees a spot and there is still some flexibility to switch to a different class later as well as being able to benefit from early bird pricing. We anticipate that many of our Sept-June classes will fill up soon.

*MultiPass are for any 1 hour  class excluding the low ratio classes

**The price will vary depending on when holiday closures happen. Typically our Monday classes have a lower monthly cost because of all the Monday Holidays. Our low ratio classes cost 1.5 times the cost of our regular classes but your get more individual attention with maximum 4 student in the class with the coach. Low ratio classes are available in drop-in and session option only. If cancelling after 3 months but before the end of June the prorated price will be calculated to $2 more per regular class and $3 more per low ratio or 1.5 hours class.

You may put your name on the waiting list, just click the ‘waiting list’ button and create your account so we can get a hold of you if a spot opens up. You don’t need to put any money down and then you’ll be notified as soon as a spot opens up. Spot often do open up.

Do I need to have  previous experience or be strong, flexible, coordinated?

All-level and beginner classes are for all levels of experience and fitness. No experience is necessary and all ages and backgrounds are welcome. Only a willingness to try is needed. During the classes we will progressively build strength and flexibility needed for the technique. For those with a base fitness level and background in complementary activities you will progress faster. For those will a lower starting fitness level, this is a great motivation to get more fit and great way to exercise because it so much fun, we will get you up to the level of fitness over time to be able to do all the cool moves you want to do.

Intermediate classes do have prerequisites, please check the description page for the class or chat with us to see if you qualify for the class.
