A full body workout, including a warm-up and a cardio HIIT training. These exercises will help to build strength, shape your muscles and decrease body fat. We balance the whole body with exercises for arms, chest, core, back and legs. Using the body weight and Tabata workouts as well as some circus equipment and handstand practice, this class is focused on making the body strong and changing the shape of it. We end each class with stretching.
