In this class you’ll learn fundamentals of floor gymnastics technique such as dive rolls, front walkovers, cartwheels and hand balancing. This is a great way to stay in shape while having fun.
Dress code: Athletic clothing and is stretchy but fitted to allow going upside down
Bring a water bottle
