Try yoga class on a balance board: stand up paddleboard (SUP) yoga without getting wet!

This class involves yoga poses and sequences on a wooden balance board the size of a yoga mat (about 6 feet long).  Get the feeling of being on a surfboard without worrying about falling in the water.
